Human Resources Manager - Bilingual Spanish

What You'll Help Lead:
· Support the hiring, onboarding, and development of HR team members so they can thrive in their roles.
· Help guide daily HR operations and keep priorities moving smoothly across the department.
· Partner on performance conversations by providing clear feedback, coaching, and development support.
· Assist with employee relations matters, including corrective action and separation processes, in a professional and consistent way.
· Review HR documentation to support reporting, audits, and compliance needs.
· Champion practices that create a positive employee experience while maintaining sound HR standards.
· Work with internal partners and legal resources when needed to help manage employment-related matters thoughtfully.
What You'll Do:
· Partner with business leaders to align HR priorities with company goals, including workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
· Serve as a trusted resource to managers and HR team members on employee matters such as accommodations, investigations, performance concerns, and transitions.
· Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, salaried, and leadership-level roles while collaborating with hiring leaders on talent needs.
· Review compensation and benefits programs and share recommendations that support attraction and retention efforts.
· Create and support training and development programs that help employees grow their skills and advance their careers.
· Lead employee relations efforts with a balanced, fair, and solutions-oriented approach.
· Help ensure HR policies and practices stay aligned with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
· Stay current on HR trends, employment law updates, and technology tools that can improve the employee and manager experience.
· Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as the business continues to grow and evolve.
What We're Looking For:
ü A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ( Required)
ü 2-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. (Required)
ü HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
ü Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (Required).
ü Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively across all levels of the organization.
ü A collaborative approach and strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
ü Excellent organization skills and close attention to detail.
ü Sound judgment, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving abilities.
ü The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay effective in a fast-paced environment.
ü A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
ü A solid working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices.
ü Strong command of Microsoft Office and standard HR business systems.
